Our philosophy is simple: your data is 100% yours. Motivate Me does not require an account, does not track your personal goals, does not serve advertisements, and does not secretly harvest your personal information in the background.

Everything you do within the App stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data with third parties.

2. Bug Reports and Diagnostic Data

The only time the App transmits data to us is if you actively choose to submit a Bug Report. This feature is entirely optional and is designed strictly to help us identify and fix technical issues.

If you submit a Bug Report, the App will automatically collect and send the following diagnostic information:

Device Information: Your specific device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro).
OS Version: The version of iOS your device is currently running.
App Version: The specific build of Motivate Me you have installed.
Live Activities Status: Whether you currently have Live Activities turned on or off.
Widget Settings: Your current Widget Font Index and whether the Widget Gradient is toggled on or off.

3. How We Use Diagnostic Data

The specific data points collected via Bug Reports are used solely for technical troubleshooting, debugging, and improving the stability of the App. This data is never used for marketing, is never sold to third parties, and is not linked to your personal identity.

4. Third-Party Services

Motivate Me does not use third-party analytics or advertising frameworks. However, please note that Apple may independently collect generic crash logs and usage metrics if you have opted into sharing analytics with developers in your iOS system settings. This is governed entirely by Apple’s privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if we add new features that change how data is handled. If we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
