Welcome to Motivate Me! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Motivate Me iOS application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. The “100% Yours” Philosophy

Motivate Me is designed to be a motivational tool without the burnout. We are committed to a “Zero Ads, Zero Subscriptions” model. The features provided within the app are yours to use without interruption from third-party advertisers or recurring paywalls.

2. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. The App is designed to keep your personal goals and data on your device. We do not collect or store your personal information. The only data transmitted to us is diagnostic data (such as your iOS version and widget settings) if you explicitly choose to submit a Bug Report. 3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other matters related to the App are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Motivate Me and its original content are the exclusive property of Scott Bernard. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without explicit written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific needs. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or operate without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott Bernard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
